Glossary

Aggregation — the basic math operations like average, sum, maximum and minimum that can be added to the library and are applied to numeric, calculation, currency and date or time field types.

Autofill — the ability to import data from the external source while creating a library.

Database — the set of libraries, both linked or non-related.

Entry — the minimal unit of data in the library that is close to the row in the table.

Field — a column in a table; data preset that defines the type and parameters of entries.

Filter — a rule or a criteria according to which data is selected from the library.

Group — the set of libraries from the same database.

Linking — the ability to add relations between entries from different libraries.

Library — a table; container that includes data fields, pages and aggregations filled by entries.

Page — a collection of fields inside a single one library. By default, each library has a Main page, but you can add as many collections as you need to arrange data.

Sorting  — the process of arranging data according to the predefined characteristics.

Subheader — a separator for the group of data fields inside a single one page from the library.

Script — a code written using the programming language to automate the calculations or data analyzing.

Team — two or more users who work with libraries together.
