You can use several instances of Memento Database on different PCs and mobile devices but work under one account or use a single Library with a team. In order to keep all data up-to-date, it is important to sync it from time to time.
After bulk changes, click 
icon from the toolbar in order to be sure that the data has been loaded into Memento Cloud and is available on all active devices.
