In Memento Database, you can adjust permissions for a separate user. If you work with a team with the same rights, it’s better to group users and adjust permissions to a group without the necessity to duplicate the same info several times. Also, it’s always a good idea to create groups of “Editors”, “Managers” and “Default users”, for example, so each group will have the specific permissions.

To add a new group, go to Account menu, choose User Manager option and click Create a new group button (1). The new window will be opened. Enter the Group name (2) here and click OK (3) to save it:

To add new users to this group, go to Users tab and check the needed group for all users you are interested in:
